Personalised Sessions With A Trainer Who Specialises In Puppy Development

We offer private puppy training sessions in the Sunshine Coast. Work with Charlotte and/or our trainers 1 on 1 at your home or at another location.

WHY CHOOSE PRIVATE PUPPY TRAINING SESSIONS

  • Personalised Attention: In private puppy training sessions, your pup gets dedicated attention tailored to their specific needs. With a trainer focusing solely on your pup, they can create custom strategies to address behavioural issues, speed up learning, and adapt to individual learning styles.
  • Customised Learning Pace: These sessions allow for training at a pace that suits your pup’s temperament and abilities. A trainer can adjust techniques and exercises on the spot, ensuring your pup learns effectively without feeling overwhelmed or rushed, resulting in more successful and sustainable progress.
  • Tailored Solutions: Private sessions offer specific solutions to tackle particular challenges your puppy might encounter, like toilet training, socialising, or obedience training. Through custom approaches and individualised guidance, you can effectively address these issues, resulting in visible improvements in your puppy’s behaviour.

ABOUT OUR PRIVATE PUPPY TRAINING SESSIONS

Our 1 on 1 sessions involve you and your puppy learning and developing new skills with the help of a private dog trainer. We try to keep our sessions to an hour and entirely tailor the session to you and your puppy and what you want to work on and the goals you want to achieve. Our private sessions are flexible and be conducted throughout the week and on the weekend at a time suitable for you.

We have 3 types of private puppy training sessions:

AT OUR TRAINING PREMISES

We conduct private sessions at our centrally-located, shaded, fully fenced training field in Buderim 4556.

This is our cheapest option as no travel is involved.

AT YOUR HOME

Our In Home sessions are conducted in and around your home. These are most suitable for those just starting out with training, whose puppies have not had their full set of vaccinations, or those who have a home-specific issue.

OUT & ABOUT IN THE REAL WORLD

Our Real World sessions are conducted out and about in a public place or local park and are great for those wanting to further their training or start practicing in the real world. This is also an option for those living outside our service area who still want to complete training with us.

Private Puppy Training FAQs

Q: How long are the private puppy training sessions?

A: We do our best to aim for an hour each session. Though we encourage you to keep your regular training sessions to 5-10 mins each.

Q: Where are sessions held?

A: This depends on what we’re working on with your puppy (and where you live). Sessions can be conducted at your home (our In Home sessions) or out at a public location (our Real World sessions).

Q: How do I pay for sessions?

A: Due to popularity, sessions must be pre-booked and paid online. We do not accept cash for session bookings (but do for product purchases).

Q: What do I need to bring for my puppy training session?

A: Any training equipment that you’re currently using to train your puppy, a collar or harness, leash, treats and your puppy’s favourite toy (ideally would be a tug toy of some sort).

Q: How much do private puppy training sessions cost?

A: Please enquire via email for pricing.

Q: Do you offer any discount packages?

A: Yes, we offer discount packages if you want to book more than one session. You are able to choose whether you book a one off session or a batch of 4, 6, 8 or 10 sessions in advance.
