About The Trainers:

• Our trainers a fully qualified and highly experienced in puppy training and raising. We use positive methods to facilitate positive, uplifting interactions between puppies.
• We prioritize the well-being and happiness of your puppies, and our trainers go above and beyond to create a positive and enriching experience for them. Through our guidance and gentle approach, we ensure that each puppy feels safe, comfortable, and engaged throughout the day.
• Rest assured that our trainers are committed to providing the highest standard of care and training for your puppies.

Cost:

We only allow 10 puppies into each Puppy Fun Day. This is to ensure that we tailor the day for each puppy. This is not a typical ‘generic puppy day care’ in which we have unlimited puppies. We tailor training and play to each specific puppy. As a result, our cost is $85 for the first session with $10 off each subsequent session.

Date, Time & Location:

• Puppy Fun Day is held in our “puppy safe zone™” – our special fully fenced area away from foot traffic, strangers and foreign dogs.
• Location: 172 Ballinger Road, Buderim 4556 (more detailed directions will be emailed the night before as navigation can be a bit tricky).

What To Bring:

• Leash and collar/harness for your puppy.
• Your puppy’s meals (if they’re still getting multiple meals per day) in a sealed ziploc bag.
• High-value treats for training.
• Your puppy’s favourite tug toys for training and play.
• Bed, mat, or blanket for place training.
• Jacket or jumper for your puppy (optional).

Drop Off:

• Give your puppy breakfast before drop-off.
• Drop off between 8:30 am and 9 am.
• Walk straight through to the back area (no need to walk as a group).
• Sign your puppy in with our sign-in sheet.
• Inform Charlotte or Arielle of any noteworthy details about your puppy.

Pick Up:

• Pick up between 4 pm and 4:30 pm.
• Walk straight through to the back area.
• Sign your puppy out when you collect them and your belongings.
• Please pick up promptly to accommodate other classes.

Safety Note:

• If someone else is picking up your puppy, provide us with advanced warning, their full name, and phone number.
• The person picking up your puppy must provide photo identification.

Puppy Fun Day Schedule:

• Focus on socialization, fun, and games.
• Planned activities and socialization stations.
• Scheduled nap times for your puppy’s rest.

Training Commands Form:

Unwell Puppies:

• If your puppy is sick or unwell, please don’t bring them. We’ll offer a credit for the next Fun Day.

Nail Trimming:

• Let us know if your puppy’s nails need trimming. We’ll do it free of charge.
